Emily Miller is a Junior at North Central College in Naperville, IL. She double majors in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in English. She plays Division III softball for the North Central Cardinals and was a 2018 All-American player after breaking three school records. In addition to athletics, she sings in her school's choir, works as an athletic mentor, and does research with faculty in areas such as sleep and social interactions. She is an active member of an interfaith worship group on campus, and regularly attends programs ran by the Catholic group on campus. Her biggest loves are Jesus, music, and the Chicago Cubs.

After a retreat, we are always told to go out and “live the fourth day.” But what happens on the fifth day and the Jesus high is gone? 

We can connect with friends, remember to partake in the Sacraments, and devote just 10 minutes to God through devotional apps and prayer.
