Joshua Feibelman is from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a senior at Franciscan University of Steubenville studying philosophy and Humanities and Catholic Culture. Regarding hobbies, he has been tickling the piano ivories for sixteen years and dabbles in improv and jazz nowadays. He thoroughly enjoys hucking a frisbee disk, draining threes from beyond the arc (basketball), and throwing a perfect high flush ten back (bowling). Reading is probably his favorite pastime (he reads a lot of philosophy, literature, history, and social works). His favorite books include The Weight of Glory by C.S. Lewis, Kristin Lavrensdatter by Sigrid Undset, The Jeweler Shop by Karol Wojtyla, Pascal’s Pensees. He loves anything creative and spends a lot of time writing, painting, scrapbooking, and cooking creative dishes. Gardening is also a favorite. But most of all, sharing stories with others and listening to their stories brings him the greatest of joys.

I’d like to share with you a story.

There was once a man who, from a young age, possessed the gift of great intellectual ability. During the time his peers were learning to walk, he was learning to speak. When his peers were learning to speak, he was learning to compose sentences and calculate equations. When his peers were learning to compose sentences and calculate equations, he was learning to hold his own in argument and debate. His remarkable aptitude rendered him an intellectual prodigy, no doubt! By the time he was a man, there was no one who could surpass him in debate, and his knowledge surpassed all others in leaps and bounds.
